Arevon and Meta have signed a 60MW solar purchase agreement in Indiana, with the site set to begin construction and begin operations in Q3 2025. This is the second EAPA between the two companies, who also signed a larger deal in March over the 349MW Kelso solar project in Missouri. Meta, which owns Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, is one of the largest buyers of clean power in the US and has since signed three more EAPAs for US solar projects, including a 210MW EAPAt with Spanish developer SolarPack for a project in Indiana and a 200MW PPA with EDP Renewables North America for a projects in Arizona. This comes as Arevon breaks ground on another Indiana PV site, the 228MW Posey solar project, set to be completed in mid-2025.
