Adapture Renewables Acquires 333 MW Portfolio in MISO Region, Doubling Capacity and Supporting Local Economy.

Adapture Renewables has acquired a portfolio of three projects in the MISO grid region, with a combined capacity of 333 MWac / 450 MWdc. The projects, located in Illinois and Arkansas, were acquired from TED Renewables. Once operational, these projects will more than double Adapture’s portfolio of operating assets to about 800 MWdc, generating enough electricity to power over 72,000 homes annually and avoiding the equivalent emissions of 121,432 gas-powered cars driven for a year. The MISO projects will employ local contractors and businesses during construction and continue to support operations and maintenance once activated. All three projects are in the pre-Notice to Proceed stage, with commercial operations expected for 2025 and 2026.
