The head of 3Sun USA, Frances Bertolino, has stated that the strength of the IRA is dependent on other policies such as Section 201, which could allow for an immediate increase in supply from Southeast Asia to come to the US. The industry is also facing challenges due to the IRA’s preference for module capacity over the rest of the supply chain.
